    I worked at Lowe's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is decent and the store is flexible when it comes to work scheduling. Good for students in need of pay.

    Cons

Sometimes understaffed. Training for new recruits is useless as they barely train one to work the cashier during a proper time.

    Advice to Management

You might want to be more prepared for busy weekends. Paying the cons because too many employees in one area of the store took the day off on one of the busiest days of the weekend really does not help.
