    Pros

    I enjoyed the opportunity as a store manager to interact with my associates and set the example for great customer service on the sales floor. The corporate scheduling allowed for a very good work/life balance. It allowed me to plan personal events ahead of time.

    Cons

    Very disappointing when it came to positive recognition from immediate supervisor and above. Area Support staff weren't trustworthy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take the time to recognize your associates and their efforts, don't always focus on the negative. This behavior destroys moral. Practice the Servant Leadership we were trained to use.
