    I have been working at Lowe's part-time (more than an year)


    Pay is actually pretty good compared to other big box companies. Loved my co workers. Received an almost 2 dollar an hour raised in less then 9 months ( which is not the norm, but is possible). If you prove yourself and take initiative to learn, very possible to move up


    Depending on the department, can be VERY labor intensive. some managers dont know how to talk to employees in a constructive way. The longer you stay there, the less recognation you get.
