    I have been working at Lowe's


    Good full time and part time benefit package. 401 k, health, vision, dental, long and short term dissability, life insurance, Bonuses ( few and far between)


    Things are constantly changing, there are so many managers and none of them are on the same page. One will tell you one way to do something and another will come right along and tell you right the opposite of what the other said. Very large turn over. To much help when you don't need it and never enough when you do. Not flexible with hours or days available to work, must be available open to close, 7 days a week. Time off must be requested 30 days in advance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It's time for Lowes to change, and be more flexible with hours and days people can work. There are some who would be a great asset to the company but may not be able to work evenings or weekends; and then there are those that only want to work weekends or evenings, not hiring those that have special circumstances as to hours and days available to work, makes Lowes a less desirable choice for employment for college students, mom's, the full time day jobber wanting part time evening work or vice versa, because of the hiring stipulations of the company.
