    Pros

    Summer hours policy - can choose to work a bit later during Monday-Thursday but leave after half-day on Friday (does not always work out though)
    Ping-pong table, gym on site, subsidized cafeteria
    Personally I did not work overtime except on a few occasions, maybe it was different for some other employees

    Cons

    I was looking for a specific job and from the interview the job seemed to match my skills and what I was looking for. The actual job turned out to be not the same and it was not as challenging/interesting as I thought it would be. Therefore I think it was misleading for the company to describe specific projects that you could get to work on in the interview and not say the truth about the position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When hiring, the position should be described clearly to people and not presented in a different way. Companies spend their time searching for employees but the workers are also spending their time going to interviews and therefore the position description should be accurate to let the person decide whether they want this job or not.
