I have been working at Lubrizol full-time (more than 10 years)

Very good overall company. Will not have the "highs" of upstream oil/gas, but steady company to make a career with. Large percentage of employees have over 25 years, but also many new hires in last five years. Diverse work group.

Management leans heavily towards chemical engineers, this can slow progression for other professionals. This is slowly changing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the course, but also continue to be more progressive in perks and training offered.
