    I worked at Lucas Systems full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Some of the best software engineer's I've ever worked with. Was able to work with Interesting projects and interesting technologies.

    Cons

    Long hours with the expectation that you will work nights and weekends. Upper management is set in their ways, will not listen to others suggestions simply because they've been doing this for 15 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to others and not just the "Yes men".
