    Current Employee - Control Desk

I have been working at Lucky Strike Lanes part-time (more than an year)

Control desk is one of the few positions that is required to stay when it is slow, so you will always get your hours. Sometimes can make more money than servers. Nice management, although there is favoritism. Flexible scheduling. Freedom with appearance.

favoritism is obvious and is reflected in the schedule. Corporate often makes changes that hurt business. So much freedom sometimes servers give awful service because they do not take the job seriously (I mean the uniform is a tank top, fishnets and a pleated skirt, hard to take that seriously sometimes)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop jacking up prices, business has nose dived (at least at our venue). Also our new drink menu only has 10 dollar drinks? That is going to seriously limit who is going to buy off them.
