I have been working at Lumber Liquidators

    Pros

Unlimited bonus potential, supportive team, super nice and encouraging

    Cons

not meeting budget = work 6 days a week
End of the month= work 6-7 days a week
End of the quarter= work 6-7 days a week
    Short staffed= work 6-7 days a week

Sre the trend here? So folks the morale of the story is if your are single with no kids or pets (because you will never see either ever again once you sign your offer letter) OR you hate your family then this isnt the gig for you.

Training is whatever bits and pieces you can gather from the horrible computer training during your first Two days...hope you learned a lot from that because it trial by fire and a similar feeling to being thrown into a big deep ocean with bricks tied to your feet.

If you have a "cash and carry" retail background this is not the job for you. You will spend hours hunting down and begging customers to come pick up their items.

I'm sure moving up through the company isnt as bad but my expetince wasn't good at all.
