    Pros

    Learned about parts that help reduce noise and heat inside cars

    Cons

    Coworker take little mistakes you made, turned it into a big deal. People who would not preform their jobs correctly. Made to feel like a bad person for turning in wrong doing, but I got fired for saying a cuss word. One lady on the production floor cussing the team leader all the time and nothing get done.

    Advice to Management

    Look close at some of your management team, they tend to play favorites when it comes to corrective action. You have a tech that thinks they can listen to ballgames and such during working hours.
