I worked at M&S Consulting full-time
Working at M&S allowed me to work with very smart and interesting individuals. Everything that was good was overshadowed by the negative aspects. The smart employees are very good and hard working helping their clients reach their goals.
Leadership made promises to clients about their capabilities which were completely not true. That put their consultants in bad positions when they were on site with clients. Management made it a habit to call the employees at all hours of the night (past 10pm) for non-essential items. The employees are treated like they are servants and are reminded how lucky they are to be taken in by them because they wouldn't be welcomed anywhere else. They had consultants billing for one job and billing for a second at the same time because the work load would have had us working all hours. They were very insincere to both their employees and clients. Approximately, 8 full time employees left M&S because of these reasons.
Advice to Management
Be honest and don't treat your employees like servants and stop lying to your clients.
