    I worked at M2 Services full-time for less than a year


    Pays good pay for the area


    Don't have consistency on Policy violations procedures. If they like an individual, does not matter the policy violations committed by such individual, he/she is safe (PS: have documents to prove it). The company upper management believes that everything that goes wrong, the immediate supervisor should be punish by three days suspensions without pay or terminated. Termination usually happened without conducting a complete investigation of all the facts, assumptions are commonly used as a way of completion of an investigation. Changes to policies were not implemented yet when new changes are continue to be made. There were never any organized meeting to provide information by upper management or program manager. they did let you know when things were going wrong in a threatening manner ie. if anyone failed an inspection again, they are out of here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Owners should check themselves or submit surveys to review company's morale, work performance and environment work situation. Terminating Program manger, Area maintenance Supervisor and Leads will not fix the problem. The problem could be closer than owner's thought. When firing an individual, placing the word "terminated" is like announcing that an individual has leprosy. Give an individual the opportunity to resign/quit, so they can move on and get another job.
