I worked at MAGAZINERADAR full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The entry level employees were great people.

    Cons

Obsession with measuring inputs rather than outputs, which of course leads to micromanagement. A common complaint in other companies to describe poor management is "spending time putting out fires, rather than preventing them." At MediaRadar, putting out fires is THE standard operating procedures to the point that the CEO calls things "fire drills" all the time.

And I still talk about how poor the CEOs manners were. My go-to example for poor manners.
