Free food was offered to employees as well as fun events such as the company picnic. The company does try to attempt to have somewhat of a fun culture.
Some employees were wonderful and very hardworking.Cons
If you did not go to the same alma mater as upper mgmt or have a "certain look" then you were alienated.
A lot of supervisors had the same type A personality which was an obvious power struggle causing a very dramatic environment.
Overworked employees who are undervalued

I think some managers need to be closely monitored for their unprofessionalism especially micro-managing to the point where it felt like a dictatorship.
Don't just promote people for brown nosing. The best leaders are those that encourage, understand, RESPECT employers and keep cool under pressure. Personality types should also be considered for management roles.
Managers should take courses on effective leadership, ethical values, and valuing employees.
