Niche product in Nice market, makes money because of the niche
    Friendly people
    Startup culture
    Decent benefits
    RnD environment - pro

Very slow product development - they really seem to move quickly and stay ahead of the game
RnD environment - con : the Chief architect pulls all the strings in the engineering group. Not even a line of code can go past unless he agrees. Brilliant guy but can be difficult to work with.
Single point of failure: If the Chief architect leaves the engineering team will be swimming aimlessly in deep waters.
