I have been working at MISource full-time (more than an year)

When you quit, they usually pay out your two weeks and tell you to leave that day. If making a $30K base with maybe a few hundred dollars here and there in commission, with an expected 10 hour day, is your idea of a good place to work, then sign up with MISource.

The management and "C-levels" are an absolute joke. "Uncapped commission opportunities!"- they can uncap their commission because they know you will never make any money worth "capping". The place is closing offices left and right, firing employees without regard, and is a laughing stock in the staffing industry. Ask them to provide you honest numbers on their turn-over rate, it has to be at least 70% of people quitting before their 1 year anniversary. This place won't be around for another 5 years, so put your efforts into a reputable company.
