Current Employee - Recruiter - AE in Sewickley, PA

I have been working at MRINetwork

You will be introduced to a wonderful business - Headhunting
You will receive training in the MRI 24 step process which is probably one of the best recruiting processes around when each step is followed.
In theory you will run your own business within a business
You can make money but it is harder than it should be.

The management, after 25 years in business still knows absolutely nothing about how to communicate with their staff, they are scattered and constantly re direct people looking for quick results and the fastest possible income generations. They swing wildly between carrot and stick and wonder why there employees are unhappy.
There is no opportunity to move up, you cannot become a partner,
They are not changing with the times. the business is constantly behind the curve.
What you are told during the interview process and what you actually see behind the doors when you come in is not the same company or culture that is depicted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would not offer any advice, they are not open to it. They are convinced that they do everything right and that they are moral and ethical people. Their treatment of others does not support either their morals or their ethics.

There is one thing can do
Stop trying to depict yourselves as moral people who care about the people that work for you. Just be who you are and build your culture based on quick results and churn and burn you will get the people you need. They will produce for a short period of time. You make a lot of money and everyone will be much happier because they will know were they stand.
