I worked at MSLGROUP full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Competitive salary, strong network, visibility into other offices if you push hard enough. They are doing strong traditional work but aren't committed to the happiness of their employees.

    Cons

They make promises they can't keep. Was lied to about the health of the client relationship I would be managing. They fired us my first week on the job. Senior leadership in some offices is insanely screwed up - they have very traditional people trying to run digital/social business - talk about square peg into a round hole. Account teams lead the charge and let clients bully the team. No digital/social integration.
