I have been working at MSX International full-time (Less than a year)
The recruiting process was near seamless. The recruiter kept me informed every step of the way. Went above and beyond her job to help get me this position.
Recruiter failed to inform me of the lack of benefits this company offers. No PTO, No Sick Days, if the automotive company closes, you don't get paid nor can make up the hours. Automotive companies have 2 week shut downs each year and 16 holidays. From the 16 holidays you only get 5 and that doesn't include New Year's Day! I have been assigned to this account and have NEVER met my account manager who is completely rude the hand-full of times I have spoken with her on the phone. It seems that once they get you placed you become a nobody to them. You pay their salaries!!! The automotive company is horrible ... I play 3 roles but get paid for 1. When I asked my account manager to back me up on this it's ridiculous, I got the answer of "do you want to work or not?".
Advice to Management
Don't stop the involvement after recruiting and placement. The account managers need to be more attentive and involved in every single individual they are responsible for. Be more honest and transparent with the people you are offering positions to.
