Best Back end support I have seen. They do great, within the contraints of the lame stovepipes that are set up for HR and Timekeeping /Billing. The front end of this company does amazing gyrations to get things that support the earners done. Nothing wrong there! The only reason I give three stars is the front end and the things they do daily to make a bad situation better.Cons
Top Executive leadership is indecisive and uncommunicative to subordinates. I worked here a couple of years and still had no idea where they wanted to go when they became a real company.
Key functions for the worker use the cheapest solution instead of the best value.Timekeeping is not easy, HR system is clunky.
Changing policies without consideration for their impact on the field workers that earn the companies majority of income, is a problem that should be worked on.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Until you admit the Top tier promotion mistakes you have made and clean out the deadwood, this company is going nowhere.
Changing the direction of a company and failing to base that change on a Business Case study or market research is very bad business practice. Failing to communicate that top leadership has totally decided not to go in that directionand to fail to inform your subordinates at the VP level and below that you have changed your mind, after telling them to move that way, is unsupportable in a business environment.Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEO
