It is easy to get hired, just breathe. Benefit package that is reasonable.
Dont' expect to be acknowledged for success. Personel should be managed better if corporate wants "outstanding customer service". Employee relations in each department was the worst I have ever experienced. Cut throat is the word that comes to mind. Despite strict review policies and goals, reviews were not given, delayed or ignored.
The coupon and discount programs are confusing and tend to annoy customers. Most often advertised merchandise was not on the shelf or in the stock rooms.
Advice to Management
Stop offering meanless and confusing discounts and promotions, just price the merchandise fairly.
Dont badger customers with constant promotional donation requests.
