    Pros

Most employees across the States are dedicated to the mission of MADD. MADD's youth programs are the main thing keeping people engaged.

    Cons

Most employees within the National office are out of touch and place way to much pressure on the States. The National office develops expensive and elaborate programs and then pressure the States to buy all the components of the program so they will receive a kickback. Their is a very small click of National staff members that rule the roast and oust employees Nationwide that don't drink their Kool-Aid. Way to much pressure on fundraising.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The National office is completely ineffective with only 2 main people making all decisions causing a huge backlog. This type of management sends the wrong signal to all of the staff across the hardworking States. The National office should support the States financially as promised by the CEO while she was head of Victim Services. Treat everyone equally, how can some States with horrendous fundraising results keep their State Director and Development Director while other States hitting their goals are let go? Quit the obvious favoritism of certain Directors by the National office.
