I have been working at Madison County Commission

    Pros

There is frequent down-time at work where you can read or watch tv if the children are secure and quiet.

    Cons

It is VERY difficult to take off or call in sick, and the facility must be staffed 24/7. If you are scheduled to work, you must come in anyway.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There should be enough staff to cover things in case someone gets sick or needs to br off. As it stands, the long-term employees can do whatever they want, while newer employees have no options.
