Very Low Pay
Gets very redundant and robotic fast
90% of your calls are people trying to reach magazine publishers direct and call this company by mistake and people wanting to be refunded for being "auto charged" for magazine renewal.
This place has some nerve banning cell phones at your desk, but they dont mind you browsing Facebook. They will actually fire someone for just looking at your cell phone. Most reps do it anyways and rarely get caught, but this place is full of snitches so be careful.
