    I worked at Magellan Health full-time


    Compensation seems relatively fair; received a modest raise each year I worked there. Benefits are pretty much standard, yet competitive. Team members I worked with were awesome; always ready to help and collaborate; this was supported and encouraged by the team management personnel, who were also responsive to questions, needs, issues, etc. most of the time.


    Unrealistic expectations at times. Performance reviews and evaluations were rote, rarely helpful or ongoing (I'm the type of person that appreciates the feedback that reviews/evaluations can provide, when done well).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more transparent. There were some times that certain issues or possible organizational changes that would clearly impact individual employees and/or the team that were not discussed openly even though they were not business/proprietary sensitive.
