    Pros

    If you are looking for a steady job & aren't looking for a lot of career advancement then this is the company for you. I mean that in the most positive way. In other words if you just want to come in, do your job, get paid and have no desire to "move up the corporate ladder" then this is a good place to work.

    Cons

    The managers have poor people skills. They tend to treat their employees poorly. Many of the managers regularly throw their employees under the bus and take credit for others accomplishments.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management should have the HR department look into the way their managers treat their employees.
