I worked at Major Lindsey & Africa

    Pros

The brand practically sells itself to both clients and candidates. Some of the approaches they take to recruiting and transparency of searches were stellar. There were some very smart people that I learned a lot from.

    Cons

The management is so corporate it hurts. The hierarchy is not an open-door feel. The internal competition can make the environment toxic. You really need to conform in this organization and nothing can be more deflating to an entrepreneurial recruiter.
