I have been working at Management Sciences for Health as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Great work location convenient to the Metro and shops.

    Cons

The culture of the work environment is very toxic. Management may be knowledgeable but they lack people skills. I have been exposed to many different work environments and this place does not encourage a sense of teamwork. It seems that everyone is out for themselves or if you are not part of an alliance you are left on the outside of the group. Managers have poor communication skills, for example, you are told one thing face to face but then you are told otherwise through an email or the manager simply changes their minds without acknowledghement. Managers also openly favor certain employees. Perhaps this company treats its full time on staff employees better than they do their contractors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve communication between management and employees.
