    Great people "in the trenches." Most people that I dealt with were eager to assist you with whatever you needed. They have nice facilities and are willing to invest in technology.


    Employee "surveillance" is a problem in this company. Too many people concern themselves with what others do while not managing their own time. BEWARE that all internet activity is monitored and logged! Even though your Supervisor will tell you that lunchtime use is okay, "personal" internet use can be used against you, if needed. Product strategy is almost nonexistent. Product responsible people don't understand their customer base and therefore continue to build products that do not meet customer needs/expectations.

    Advice to Management

    Management (upper) needs to disengage themselves from detailed day to day decisions and empower their reports to handle these. Upper Management needs to provide the Vision for this company and its products.
