I have been working at Manpower as a contractor (less than a year)

None really. The office looks good, smells good, nice and cool while filling out mounds of paperwork which obviously is tossed to the side as soon as you leave the "interview".

They do very little to nothing to help you find work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sharpen those communication skills both among your office staff and with your employees. Disorganization, poor communication skills, inefficient office procedures. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing at any given time. This makes for a nightmare for those who seek employment in Laredo Texas. I hope not all offices are like this, broke some federal equal opportunity laws as well.
