    I have been working at Manpower Software full-time (more than 5 years)


    Great product and very loyal customer base


    Macho culture of the sales department dominates the company
    All decision-making takes place at a board level - managers have very little discretion
    The innovative culture espoused externally by the CEO is in stark contrast to the "command-and-control" culture that exists internally
    High turnover of staff makes project implementations difficult

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Ask yourselves two questions (a) given the growth the company has had over the last 5 years why is the staff turnover still so high and employee feedback so negative? (b) is the hard-drinking, rugby-club culture of the sales team conducive to our healthcare customer base?
