I have been working at Manpower UK full-time (More than a year)
Training and development has been second to none. Albeit not too frequently there have been HR related roles of interest that have become available, had timing been different I may have applied for them! Line Management and immediate team members have been fantastic so far.
Gaining access to Manpower systems (intranet) could have been a lot quicker. From a personal perspective access to a purpose built HR database system would be a huge benefit. Roles of interest would probably require relocation.
Advice to Management
Although I understand the business need for a differential between field and operations some work could be done to bridge the cultural gap. A simple field staff email bulletin would go a long way.
