    Pros

Great benefits, including generous vacation and bonus plans. They have great name recognition and are often referred to as John Hancock.

    Cons

Where to start, no work life balance, under pay by around 20 percent. Numerous layoffs, are always redefining job descriptions. State they promote based on quality of work, but are like anywhere else, you have to be there forever in order to get ahead.

    Advice to Management

Learn what employees do before assuming. Trying to do more with less is not always possible. Don't put so much power in managers hands, they can not all handle it.
