    I worked at Manwin full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Large company, good benefits, insurance. Work can be interesting.

    Cons

    Nasty managers (known to have serious ethical, lawsuit-ridden issues) tolerated and promoted; lack of leadership and independent judgment. Office culture is one of conformity and "put-up or shut up" (which HR goes along with). Quantity and market dominance over quality. In one of my first meetings, the manager was moody and yelling. Cleaning house and laying-off higher paid employees. I heard one long-term employee was out on stress leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management in desperate need of leadership training and basic management skills. Lose the dictatorship (fear-based management) in order to keep your top performers around longer. Quality over quantity.
