    I worked at MarBlue full-time (More than 8 years)


    Casual atmosphere, flexible, understanding managers (I was one), and very nice people. Hard work, dedication, and growth is all recognized. The owners really pushed for professional improvements and growth by offering training through Lynda.com and also through seminars and on site training sessions. The company is very dedicated to the employees and genuinely care about everyone who works there. The core values are very good, and overall it is a great place to work.


    As with any company, there were hiccups. Lack of communication between departments within the company sometimes resulted with angry customers who were over promised on products or delivery times.

    Advice to Management

    More company wide communication for transparency would benefit morale and productivity. Reviews and feedback on performance were few and far between unless a major mistake happened. The company should have stuck to their guns with regard to product quality and what was offered. Too much trying to be all things to all people diluted resources. Office politics was a rare issue.
