Mission is great and have many dedicated supporters.
Way too much micromanagement. Very top heavy and disproportionate staffing levels for local divisional expectations.
Advice to Management
It's time to make major changes in senior management. They are out of touch with the local offices. Way too much oversight and internal focus (i,e, conference calls, meetings) Hire smart people and let them do their job, not force them to follow your antiquated way of doing everything.
