Excellent corporate training, but poor local branch management.

Excellent corporate training. Great way to get foot in the commercial real estate industry. Excellent research and marketing materials.

Ever heard the saying "Those who can't do...teach." Bad real world advice from branch manager, which is probably why that saying still goes. Tough to compete with industry veterans/competitors when branch manager has no idea what's really going on out there in the real world.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ever wonder why it seems like your place is a revolving door? For branch manager: practice what you preach...and maybe you'll learn that you'll need to check in with your competitors once in a while. For upper corporate management, keep up the good work! That's why you have so many people wanting to work for you. Just maybe pick a guy with more real world experience to help your new hires learn how to compete, otherwise you'll always be looking for new agents.
