I have been working at Marcus & Millichap full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Smart people to learn from, flexible work schedules, compensation is about normal for the title.

    Cons

No accountability for timely submissions, it's like pulling teeth to get anything done. Asking for anything from some of the upper management basically means you won't get an answer. The nature of the business is also complex and management does not make it any easier for us who have to account for them. Benefits aren't great. Would be nice to get a lunch paid for instead of having to pay for our own all the time whenever there is a work lunch. Also, work product is a mess. Huge mess. Lots of turnover so you don't know why people do the things they do since there isn't sufficient support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be friendly. Consider taking care of your employees more since they have to bare the grunt of the work.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
