    I worked at Mark Andy as a contractor (more than an year)


    Mark Andy builds interesting equipment and should be proud of what they do. Their products are in the upper rankings in the field. The plant is in a nice location. Full-time employees have great benefits.


    As a contractor, the growth potential doesn't exist. They are treated like step children. No one wants to communicate with each other. The Management is unwilling to give employees (especially contractors) the proper tools to do the job right. They expect top shelf work on a basement work environment. Interns are treated better and given more respect than contractors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management: When you bring professional contractors on board...listen to them, pick their brains because they move around and become knowledgeable of other industries that can often improve policies that are in place.
