Current Employee - Retail Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV

I have been working at MarketSource full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Easy Job
    Pretty much very laid back
    Great DM
You get to sell All major wireless carriers.
Full time or Part time work

    Cons

Slow Traffic in stores so its hard to make sales
No Chance for advancement unless manager moves or quits
Very boring stuck in Target all day
Paychecks are not 100 percent correct and you have to clime a mountain to get things corrected
    Very unorgainzed
Seems like managers and even other reps lack experience, pretty much if you applied before anyone else your manager etc
    Training is bad
You feel like a retail slave
My first check at the company was only $15 for 40 hours worked no Joke

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overall DM is very cool in the Las Vegas market but I would do more training with all the sales reps and managers in the area. MarketSource as a company needs to communicate with there employees a lot better. Taking 2 days to talk to payroll is very unprofessional. Besides that this is the perfect second job, don't career it.
