I have been working at MarketStar full-time (More than 3 years)
Decent pay, flexible hours (if you get on with a good project), nice management and not like other call centers. They let you be an adult and do not micromanage. Decent bonus structure.
Hard to get hired on if you don't know someone or have the perfect previous experience. No raise option unless you move up in positions.
Advice to Management
Need to make sure your employees know you value them as more than just hitting numbers.
