I have been working at Marriott full-time (Less than a year)

Ability to learn hotel programs so you can move to a hotel that pays 4 to 6 dollars more a hour.

No training is provided. Coworkers hate working there. The schedules and staffing is so inconsistent. You will be hired for one position but be used for 3 positions. The turnover in my department is ridiculous . I have seen 7 people leave including managers in the last 2 months.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to make schedules so we can do our jobs. Have a actual training program.
