I have been working at Mars full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

It's a fun atmosphere. They are focused on their associates engagement and it's a top priority to them. Work/ life balance is above average.

    Cons

They are a lean company which tends to put a lot of hats on people. This can drive engagement down. People have a ton of stuff on their plate and with the pay scale being on the lower end of the averages, causes good associates to leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review sale rise and job descriptions and make sure there are no gaps in both.
