    Former Employee - Environmental Specialist

I worked at Martin Resource Management full-time (less than an year)

The people are great to work with. They have fun, it is fulfilling, challenging, and you keep busy. I enjoyed my time there, but working in the environmental group negates everything great about the company.

The environmental group is horrible because the management wants you to work 16 hours a day, demeans you and your abilities, tries to control you, and it's funny because he is the one that interviewees you, decides you are a good hire, and hires you. If he thinks you aren't smart, why did he hire you?

Life is too short to have to deal with narcissistic control freaks that need therapy. I was glad I left.
