    Get to take advantage of benefits of being part of the Washington Research Library Consortium


    Concerns about safety on campus, especially evenings and weekends
    Lots of paid time off awarded but tricky to figure out when I could use most of it
    Old buildings, not enough funds to modernize them

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take a few minutes each semester and actually watch what we do. Having us create a database of stats regarding our daily routines might help on some level (assuming someone reads it), but wouldn't it be easier to predict future needs by just asking us?
