    I worked at Mashable full-time for more than 3 years


    CEO is an excellent leader and good person. He shows everyone the way and all admire him. The brand's perception is good and traffic is flourishing.


    The management lacks experience, is slow to hire and generally has no idea what it's doing. The company is cheap with important things and spends lavishly on trivial items and events. The management either keeps secrets from the staff or lies to them. Lots of office politics. Too many interns, too many inexperienced managers with way too much responsibility, and too many posers hired in key positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Let the CEO run things and get out of the way -- you have no idea what you are doing. Get rid of the dead wood in management, find people who know how to run an online news organization.
