My experience was stressful and competitive.

    I worked at Massage Envy

    Pros

Best reasons to work here are the people that you get to interact with everyday. Also the commission can be a plus to someone looking for that kind of incentive.

    Cons

Upper management can be difficult to work with. Also the fact that most ME's are franchises means that every location will be different in their management style and how the clinic is ran.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to management is to gain more consistency within the franchises. Certain levels of management shouldn't be able to just make decisions how they want.

    Doesn't Recommend
