    I have been working at MasterCorp


    This company only recognizes the Hispanic Employees only! Your hired if you have your Mother, Brother, Father, Sister or Friend work there you will make money!


    I was hired by the Personnel Department through a job fair I was excited due to the amount of money they showed me for each room and that they were year round. Well getting to the new job I find that the rates Personnel showed me was not the same, when I opened up my mouth I was looked at as though I was stupid, then I was told we would get bonuses $20.00 a day well that ended and no bonuses for this year, then I was told the rate of the rooms would increase, it hasn't, then was told the Deep Cleans are double the room rate, well this week I was told that the Deep Cleans are really not Deep Cleans and we only get room rate plus 1/2 this is not double, when the housekeepers are not informed of this causes a deep resentment because I will not never get the correct pay! This is irresponsible of this company. I was also told by a assistant manager that MasterCorp is a Hispanic Company, what does that mean??? I was also told that MasterCorp is a Mormon Company and thats why it doesn't acknowledge holidays. I also don't understand why some Grand Fathered Employees get the better rooms! I was also told during my interview process that I would be a Supervisor within a week, which their advancement is only meant for the Hispanics as I have witnessed! It was also frowned upon taking a lunch if you do you lose a room, this is against the Law! I am sure the Labor Department would be interested in knowing all this!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would advice Management to be a Fair Labor Company and pay the employees what you say your going to, otherwise inform all of them of such changes. I have seen hundreds of employees leave this company since I have been hired there, a new Manager and a New Regional Manager. Be fair and upfront (honest) with your employees, because right now your violating alot of Labor Laws.
