I worked at Mastro's Steakhouse part-time (More than 3 years)
Commitment to excellence. Mastro's has always ran at or above 99% perfection. I had the honor to work with them in a variety of positions. I am proud to have been part of that organization.
There are really no cons that I can think of. For the foodie in me, I wish they were open for lunch.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing. You have set the bar high for the competition.
