Match has a great culture for employees. From Happy Hours to extravagant parties, the perks are endless. Plus, free yoga and snacks!
In the Customer Care department, there is too much middle management. I'm sure this happens at a lot of companies, but the inefficiencies are ridiculous. The people who are paid the most in this department waste everyone's time and money by arguing about everything and changing their minds constantly.
Advice to Management
Figure out your direction. If you need to argue, don't make the disagreements as obvious to the people who report to you.
